This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through www.sannariihimaki.se or its related sites and services such as contacting me through my Contact page or sending me an email to. This privacy policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, for example when you purchase artwork from me through payment services (Swish, Paypal or others) or subscribe to my newsletter (sent via MailerLIte). However, MailerLite is GDPR Compliant and data I storage in their services (email addresses) is protected and storaged in Europe (according to MailerLite's privacy policy). I use protected Strato-webmail and I will never personally share or storage your data (emails) outside of Strato-webmail. Strato storages their data in Europe.

Collecting email addresses for the newsletter: You need to give me your permission to use your email address for the newsletter. You can do this by agreeing "Privacy policy and Marketing"-tap when subscribing. You can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to newsletter(at)sannariihimaki.com or by clicking "unsubscribe" in the newsletter. I only collect email addresses with permission for my personal use in expanding my audience within the art world.

Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time: 4 years.

Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
